Have you ever found yourself wishing you had more people to share your time with? Life can change in many ways. Moving to a new area, divorce, bereavement, retirement, changes in family circumstances or simply losing touch with old friends can leave us with fewer opportunities to meet new people.

This u3a group is about creating those opportunities. It isn't a dating group or a matchmaking service. It is simply a friendly way for people to meet others, make new friends and perhaps discover some shared interests along the way. There are no expectations and no pressure. You might meet someone for a coffee and a chat, join a group walk, enjoy a day out, visit the theatre, listen to some live music, or perhaps even arrange a trip together.

The idea is simple:
Meet new people. Make new friends. Share experiences. Whether you've recently moved to the area, are going through a change in your life, or would simply like to widen your circle of friends, you would be very welcome. Come along, meet some like-minded people and see where new friendships might lead.
