Chard, Ilminster and District u3a Open Meetings
Our Open Meetings normally take place on the third Monday of the month, starting at 2pm and concluding at approximately 4pm. The meeting comprises a talk by a guest speaker, followed by announcements and lastly tea/coffee. The latter gives members the opportunity to enquire about group activities, new groups and forthcoming events. The meetings usually occur at the Chard Guildhall, but in some summer months (e.g. June, July, August) the venue is Horton Village Hall.
Reminders and further details of Open Meetings are notified to all members a week in advance of the event.
